Easy Breezy Orange Outfit.
So yesterday, I made a quick dash to have lunch with one of my friends at Mama's Bakery. It has the most delish mediterranean food and I could literally eat lunch there everyday. Anyways, it's been a really busy summer with weddings galore and I haven't had time to take any outfit pics but I promise I've been looking flyyyyy..... :) Well after lunch today, I made my friend take pictures of me. Yep, I am that kind of friend.....hahahaha. As most of you know I live in Southern California and although the rest of the world is screaming "heat wave", we still have our steady mid 70's weather. So, I decided to wear this casual dress that I purchased from Lane Bryant last summer. I was so bummed when I missed out on a similar dress this summer. Anyways, back to my dress. I love the bold floral print. It adds color to the dress and of course we all know that the black is slimming right? Yup it is. I wore the light cardi over it to keep a little bit warm but of course that is optional. I also wore a pair of Nina Orange Sandals that I fell in love with once I found it at DSW. I accessorized my outfit with a pair of gold earrings and this set of bangles I got from Lane Bryant. All in all, it was an easy breezy orange outfit.
P.S- I loved the red background that my bff suggested....

Risque and loving it!
Okay, a lot of you know that I am not usually risque but yesterday something in me called for it. I don't know what, I don't know why, but I just needed to pull out something sexy from my closet and out came this peach/ light pink lace bustier from Torrid. I had been eyeing it ever since I saw Mia Amber wear it in a picture (see below). I stalked it until it was on sale and snagged it fast. The jeans are Z.Cavaricci also from Torrid. I was headed to a lil boy's birthday party so I toned my look down with the pink American Eagle flats from Payless. I also wore a black jacket over the bustier so as not to have "the girls" over exposed. Regardless, I still felt Risque and loved it :)

All things bright and beautiful.
Arrgh.....life happened and it's been a month since I blogged. OMG a whole month. Oh well, I need to do better. Well today my bff and I went to the Museum of Man and I used that opportunity to take pictures outside. Today was a beautiful, sunny Southern California Spring day and everything looked so bright and beautiful. Macy's had a one day sale last week and i picked up this tiered tunic in a size 12 ( I love finding smaller sizes that I can wiggle myself into) for $10. I paired it with my brown leggings and ruched booties and wore an open front cardigan to keep warm. I loved the look- casual chic :). Anyways, I can't believe it's April already. The year is flying by so fast. I hope you ladies are staying fabulous and here are my pictures from today....

Pambras- Miracle Worker
Ladies, as many of you who are plus size or ample chested know, it can be frustrating and irritating to sweat underneath your bossom. Sometimes, I have to go to the restroom multiple times to wipe underneath my boobs just to prevent that sticky feeling after walking outside or being in a sunny environment. Well, Spring is in the air and with more sunshine comes more sweating opportunities. Therefore I was pleasantly surprised when Pamela of Pambras contacted me to send me a sample of Pambras for review. Pambras is a bra liner that can be worn in your bra; it absorbs sweat, prevents itching and adds comfort when wearing underwire bras. To place my order, I had to measure underneath my bra line to determine what size of liner I needed. Luckily, I had a tape measure at home and I was able to send Pamela my measurements with no problems. I received the package a few days later and when I opened it, I must admit I was a little skeptical about how this strip of cloth would solve my problem. Well, I decided to put it under the greatest stress it could undergo- wear it during my workout. The liner fit perfectly underneath my bra and I hardly felt it there. I worked out for almost two hours and after working out, I still felt nice and dry underneath my breasts. I did not feel the usual itch and discomfort that comes with an intense workout. It also did not slip or fall off despite my numerous jumps and squats. Finally, to my amazement, It made my underwire bra feel more comfortable. After my workout, I was able to throw the Pambras in the washing machine and reuse it the next day. For a little under $20, I find it totally worth it and a new staple for my undergarment wardrobe. Pambras also has a tummy liner that goes under your stomach and absorbs sweat if you have a little extra weight in your tummy area. I can't wait to try it out.
On a side note, as a woman in the field of Cancer Research, I was delighted to find out that Pambras is patnered with Susan G. Komen and that a portion of their proceeds go to Komen. The company is also female owned and Pambras is made in the United States.
Pambras bra liner can be purchased here.
